Is the Scout founding rate really locked forever?

Yes. If you sign up on the Scout plan, your $79/mo rate stays the same as long as your subscription stays active. It only goes up if you cancel and then resubscribe later.

How does Watchtower actually work?

You add your competitors (URLs, pricing pages, G2 profiles, etc.) and Watchtower monitors them continuously. Every week you get a structured brief summarizing what changed, why it matters, and what to do next. Critical moves trigger real-time alerts in between.

How quickly will I know about changes?

Scout plans get daily scan summaries. Command plans get real-time alerts within minutes of a detected change. All plans include AI-generated context with every signal.

What counts as a "competitor"?

Any URL you monitor — pricing pages, changelogs, blog posts, review sites, job postings, or landing pages. Each distinct URL you add is one competitor.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your competitors and snapshot history are preserved for 30 days in case you resubscribe. No refunds for partial months.

No calls? Really?
